Miss Stonom has been involved in dance and theatre for the past thirtythree years, in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, as well as in the United States . She studied and performed with the Carlton Francis Dance Theater and the Eugene Douglas Dance Troupe. She also performed with the Malick Folk Performers under Mr. Charles Gullauime, and the Trinidad & Tobago Folk Performers.
In addition to performance with these, she has performed in many productions, including the Little Carib Theater, St. Babbs Best Village Performers, North- West Laventille Folk Group, Trou- Macaque / Laventille Village for the Trinidad & Tobago's Annual Best Village Competition. Presently, Miss Stonom is also the Choreographer/Instructor for the Mount Bethel Baptist Church 's Cultural Arts Center , a position she has held since the program's inception in 1999.
